Cedar Breaks National Monument

  

A spectacle of layers of different colours and hoodoos (dry land erosion pillars).

  
Cedar Breaks is at the high point of a mountain range. It drops off to the valleys below, an elevation change of about 5000 feet.
  
Fall colours starting already, at an elevation of over 10,000 feet.
